Yosef is from Los Ageles. Following a gap year at Yeshivat Yesodei HaTorah in Israel he started college at Yeshiva University, then transferred to UCLA, where he is now majoring in Jewish Studies and minoring in Education. Yosef is active in Hillel, mostly through JLIC. He is on the Regional Board of NCSY and Rosh Snif of Bnei Akiva. He is co-President of the Shalhevet Chesed Committee. This past summer Yosef was a counselor at Moshava in California.
