The Nachshon Project Graduate Fellowship (Non-stipendiary fellows)

While only alumni of The Nachshon Project Undergraduate Fellowship can apply to receive funding, The Nachshon Project invites all eligible graduate students to apply to participate in our Graduate Fellowship conferences, practicums, and networking opportunities. This three-year supplemental program is designed to cultivate the leadership, creativity, and community-building abilities of emerging Jewish professionals, providing unparalleled opportunities to develop new skills, connect with mentors, expand your network, and prepare for a future in Jewish leadership.

As Graduate Fellows, you will participate in three annual conferences and learning programs on the following topics:
Year 1: Emotional Intelligence and Executive Leadership, with Penina Grossberg Prof. Richard Boyatzis.

Year 2: Jewish Entrepreneurship and Innovation, focusing on adaptive leadership and community organizing

Year 3: Data-Driven Leadership in Jewish Education, in partnership with Prizmah: Center for Jewish Day Schools

In addition to the annual conferences, the fellowship includes distance learning, practicums, and opportunities to take on leadership roles within the cohort.
